1.Can any TYPE-C port charge the electronic cigarette?

Yes, cell phone chargers, laptop chargers and other TYPE-C ports can charge electronic cigarettes.

Note: Please do not use the e-cigarette during charging.

2.Never use a fast charger for charging the vape stick! Huawei, Samsung, VIVO, OPPO and other cell phone charging head for fast charging head!

4. Flashing light

causing the e-cigarette light to blink.

Insufficient vaping flow rate: In fact, some e-cigarette devices are designed to be more sensitive, and if the vaping flow rate is insufficient, 

the device may react abnormally, including the light blinking. Therefore, it is recommended that you maintain a proper vaping flow rate when using 

your e-cigarette to ensure proper functioning.

Hardware malfunction: If none of the above solutions solved the problem, then it is likely that there is a hardware malfunction in the 

vape device itself. In this case, it is recommended that you contact our after-sales service team as soon as possible 

for further assistance and solutions.

5. Charging the e-cigarette for the first time

When using your e-cigarette for the first time, we recommend that you charge it after it has been fully depleted. Charging usually takes about 1 hour, 

depending on the model of the e-cigarette and the battery capacity. When the electronic cigarette is charging, the charging indicator will light up and 

turn off when charging is complete. For future use, we recommend charging when the battery is nearly depleted to prolong battery life and performance. 

In addition, please be careful to use the original charger to ensure the safety and proper charging of the electronic cigarette.

6. Electronic cigarette charging equipment

Our electronic cigarette products support two charging methods: type-C and USB charging. Both charging methods can charge the electronic cigarette, 

you can choose the appropriate charging method according to your own device. It should be noted that our electronic cigarette products do not support 

fast charging mode. Since the e-cigarette does not have a fast charging protocol, using the fast charging mode may C01B derivative cause damage to the
