This message is to inform you that it is confirmed the COUNTERFEIT of Alien 5000 has been sold in the New Zealand’s market which is not authorized by us. We issue this warning to all our valuable customers to avoid confusion and false purchase. 

We are conducting an investigation on the matter and a legal action will be taking against the parties who hold responsible. We will not hesitate to take all necessary lawful actions to protect our brand reputation and global business partners.

We keep investigating counterfeit products, and highly recommend you confirming following considerations.

① The typography of the genuine product is completely different from

 that of the counterfeit, with the left genuine and the right counterfeit.

②The text of the genuine product is more compact and bold, while the counterfeit product has thinner and looser text.

③The right side is the US version of Vozol, which is not sold in New Zealand.

① the authentic product has the VOZOL logo in the upper left corner, while the counterfeit product does not have a logo label.

② the appearance of the ingredients list in the upper right corner is significantly different.

③The genuine product has obvious social media icons as well as the name, while the counterfeit product does not.

④ The genuine product has a smaller logo and is on the right side of the barcode, while the counterfeit product has a larger logo and is below the barcode.

⑤ The text of the genuine product is more compact and thicker, while the counterfeit product has thinner and looser text.
