Order Cancelation
Customers can cancel their order at anytime before shipping; please contact our Support Center. We are free on weekends. However, once the order has been shipped out, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Warranty and Return policy comes into effect.

Exchange & Returns 
If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within 30 days for refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. The precise length depends on the payment provider used (e.g. PayPal, credit card company, etc). Items must be in their original packaging, all the original boxes must be intact and included, along with all packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, plus all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

You must first contact us and be in receipt of a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number before sending any item back. Any product returned without a RMA number will not be refunded. The money back guarantee does not cover volume/wholesale and customized orders.

Shipping back to VOZOL is paid for by the customer. We are in general unable to refund you postal fees. Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer's own expense. By default, the refund amount cannot exceed the original order amount paid to VOZOL.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive the products ordered, please contact with us at once after you find out. Or we can't handle for you. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please also contact with us immediately after you find out.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 


If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@vozoltech.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchange or repair service will be offered according to different situations. VOZOL reserve all explaination right.

Please make sure you have contacted with VOZOL team and get an agreement to send goods back.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shenzhen Foresight Innovations Technology Co.,Ltd. , Room 501,Dashu Building,Taihua Wutong Industrial Park,Sanwei Community,Hangcheng Subdistrict,Baoan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
